What changed

The maintenance originally scheduled for Sunday, May 10, 2026, has been moved to Saturday, May 16, 2026.

We made this adjustment to give the platform greater security and predictability during the planned infrastructure work.

What to expect

During this new window, the service may be temporarily interrupted. We estimate up to 1 hour of downtime within the announced period.

Why this maintenance is taking place

This maintenance remains part of our ongoing commitment to the stability, security, and high availability of Nova services.

The planned improvements are designed to make our infrastructure more robust, resilient, and ready to scale securely. Key changes include:

• Adding two additional redundancy servers;
• Implementing a redundant backup architecture;
• Adding a redundant database;
• Additional security improvements;
• Performance optimizations;
• Architectural improvements to strengthen service high availability.

Our commitment to availability

Nova continuously works toward a 99.99% uptime target for its infrastructure. This represents a maximum of approximately 4 minutes of downtime per month under normal operating conditions.

This target does not include potential failures by external providers, which are outside our direct control. Even so, we continue investing in redundancy and contingency systems to reduce impact in those scenarios as well.
